One to one experience

With over 15 years of experience and more than 10,000 hours of sessions, as well as significant expertise in coaching accomplished professionals and C-level executives, one-to-one sessions are designed for you who seek meaningful change with safety, depth, and direct connection. Each session lasts 60 minutes and takes place online, in person, or by phone, depending on your needs and availability.

 

We start with an introductory meeting, where we discuss what concerns you, what your needs are, and how coaching can help you grow meaningfully. Together we determine the frequency of sessions.

Sessions are based on tools from Coaching, Positive Psychology, and the science of Mindfulness, while incorporating knowledge from Quantum Physics, Leadership, and Reiki. Certified as an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, Mina utilizes practices that help not only with management, but also with redefining thought, energy, and action.

Group Sessions

Group sessions can be conducted online or in person.

Initially, the meeting agenda is shaped based on the group’s needs, ensuring that the topics are highly targeted and meaningful. Each group consists of up to 8–10 people, to ensure active participation, connection, and a sense of safety.

Sessions last 90 or 120 minutes, depending on your needs.

Couples Sessions

In couples sessions, our goal is to strengthen communication, understanding, positive attitude, trust, and emotional connection. Each partner has space to express themselves and be heard, while through the process you identify your core needs, the patterns and behaviors that create distance, and the ways you can meaningfully reconnect.

Sessions last 60 or 90 minutes, depending on your needs.
