To recognize how you operate across different levels of leadership, you begin with an online assessment through the ELI Assessment, a unique tool that measures how you show up and respond in your work and daily life, as well as your overall leadership presence.

The process starts by measuring your personal Average Resonating Level. This establishes your baseline leadership energy profile.

It is followed by a 3- to 6-month period during which you work through targeted one-on-one coaching sessions and group meetings as part of the Energy Leadership™ program. During this time, you strengthen both your individual leadership impact and the overall progress and dynamics of your team.

At the end of the process, the assessment is repeated, allowing you to clearly and accurately see your personal and collective growth.

Which level of leadership defines you?

The ELI Assessment is a modern online tool that reveals how you think, how you feel, and how you behave in the workplace and in life in general—especially under pressure.

Based on the 7 Levels of Leadership model, the ELI Assessment begins by measuring your personal Average Resonating Level. Then, through targeted sessions within the Energy Leadership™ framework, you strengthen your leadership impact on both a personal and team level. After 3–6 months, you retake the assessment and see your progress in a measurable way.
