She graduated from Athens College<\/strong> and continued her studies in Business Administration<\/strong>, earning a degree from La Verne University (California)<\/strong>. She completed postgraduate studies in Strategic Planning and Internal Auditing at the Business School of City University in London<\/strong>. After 10 years<\/strong> in the world of multinational corporations and small-to-medium enterprises, she gained deep insight into the challenges of the modern professional environment, and through this journey, she discovered her true passion: guiding people on the path of self-awareness, self-confidence, and meaningful change.<\/p>\n

She is an internationally certified Professional Certified Coach (PCC)<\/strong> from the International Coaching Federation, Life Coach<\/strong> and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner<\/strong> from the leading IPEC in New York, with specialization in Mindfulness<\/strong> techniques, Positive Psychology, Reiki, <\/strong>and Quantum Approach.<\/strong><\/p>\n
