    To recognize how you operate across different levels of leadership<\/strong>, you begin with an online assessment through the ELI Assessment, a unique tool that measures how you show up and respond in your work and daily life<\/strong>, as well as your overall leadership presence.<\/p>\n

    The process starts by measuring your personal Average Resonating Level. This establishes your baseline leadership energy profile.<\/p>\n

    It is followed by a 3- to 6-month period during which you work through targeted one-on-one coaching sessions and group meetings as part of the Energy Leadership\u2122 program<\/strong>. During this time, you strengthen both your individual leadership impact and the overall progress and dynamics of your team.<\/p>\n

    At the end of the process, the assessment is repeated, allowing you to clearly and accurately see your personal and collective growth.<\/p>\n
